Our exterior building cleaning teams offer a state-of-the-art multi-storey and high rise exterior building cleaning service.

Using Rope Access Technology we are THE specialists in the exterior cleaning of the stone, marble, plaster, brick and mortar on your building.

There are many forms of pollutants that take your building from gleaming to grimy.  This of course affects your company image.  In the inner city, the main pollutants are vehicle and chimney smoke, followed closely by coal smoke from neighbouring townships.  However the worst degradation of the appearance of your premises are of a more organic nature in the form of mould and bird droppings.

Not only do our external building cleaning team sort out all of the above pollutants, we also seal all the concrete, stone, plaster and brick to improve water runoff and reduce water absorption thereby hindering the re-growth of mould.  Black mould is the most obvious and prolific of building contaminators.

While hanging around up there our competence extends to painting, replacing putty on window frames, cleaning windows, installing bird-proofing, sign erection, installing masts and aerials and any other maintenance or improvements that may be necessary.
